Sheepish Grins Lanolin Wool Wash Bar

This extra lanolin soap wool wash bar is great for keeping all of your woolens in top shape. It is great for your skin too!

The extra lanolin in this deliciously scented soap will increase the length of time between fully lanolizing your wool diaper covers and longies. Lanolin is the magic ingredient that makes wool water resistant. It also reacts with the ammonia in urine to neutralize odors, keeping your covers smelling nice.

To use: Simply work up a lather in your hands and then gently massage into your wool items or gently rub the bar of soap directly into wool or stains. Rinse thoroughly but gently. If the wool you are working with has not been felted then you will want to take extra care not to change water temperature suddenly or agitate the wool too much as this can cause shrinking and tightening of the wool (feltin!).

Keep the soap dry between uses to extend its life. Do not leave it sitting in water.
